Exchange and Return Policy
- Returns will only be accepted with the original invoice within a maximum of 14 days and in intact boxes.
- The customer is responsible for returning the returned item to the warehouse and bears the return costs.
- The return value will be transferred to the customer's personal account within a maximum of three business days of receiving the return. A return fee of 15% of the total value will be deducted for the cost of preparing, packaging, and re-arranging the goods.
- If the goods are returned before receiving them, the value of the return will be transferred to the customer's personal account within a maximum of three business days, and the cost of preparing the goods will be deducted, equivalent to 5% of the total value.
- In case the customer has a shortage of goods, we are not responsible for providing them if they are not available in our warehouses.
- The company is not responsible for the safety of the goods after they are received and unloaded at the site.
- Any manufactured, custom, frame, cyclo, glue or sealant are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- The company is not responsible for delivering the goods to the customer.
