Istithmar Holding announced the start of exclusive marketing for luxury residential projects in Jeddah Governorate, as part of an agreement with International Luxury Real Estate Investment Company, aiming to support the residential sector by providing high-end, integrated housing units throughout the year.
The contract was signed by Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al-Amin, CEO of International Luxury Company, and Mohammed bin Ashour Al-Zahrani, Chairman of Istithmar Holding, in the presence of board members from both companies. Istithmar Holding will be the official marketer for all International Luxury Real Estate projects.
The projects include 18 residential towers, each consisting of five floors, distributed across five different locations in Jeddah. They contain over 380 residential units of various sizes to meet the needs of all segments within organized and approved residential plans.
The residential units are spread across several districts in the city, including: Al Manar District ("Jeddah Shades" development), Al Woroud District ("Al Woroud" development), Al Manar District ("Rabwat Al Ajwad" development), Al Waha District ("Al Fahd" development), Al Baghdadiyah Al Gharbiyah District, and Al Nahda District north of Hira Street, with consideration for location diversity to ensure added value to Jeddah's high-end real estate market.
