### Typical agent flow

5. **Fulfill** - `update_checkout` with shipping address (Saudi Arabia only)
6. **Complete** - `complete_checkout` (requires explicit buyer approval)

### Rules for agents

- **Checkout requires human approval.** Never finalize payment without explicit buyer consent. If contemporaneous approval isn't possible, route through the Shop skill.
- **Geographic scope**: shipping is limited to Saudi Arabia. Reject orders with non-KSA shipping addresses early.
- **Currency**: always SAR. Pricing returned in other currencies is informational only.
- **Language**: product titles and descriptions are primarily Arabic; English translations exist for many but not all products.
- **Stock**: real-time inventory is in the JSON endpoints; the showroom may hold stock not yet listed online - for bulk/project quantities, the agent should recommend the buyer contact us directly via WhatsApp.
- **Rate limits**: back off on 429 responses from the MCP endpoint.
